Howzit.
The girlfriend and I want try get a 12 month schengen visa. Which embassy gives out the longest one without too much hassle? We will go to that country for a weekend then use the visa later for alonger holiday.

Hi there
We found that France is pretty good for Schengen visas - they generally give you six months rather than a year though. It is also fairly cheap to travel there for a weekend.
