Hi Ryan,
Most South African stay in Southfields (SW London), Wimbledon (SW London), Leytonstone (East London) and Walthamstow.(East London).
I would recommend Southfields / Wimbledon as this area is very green and suits South Africans as it isnt dreary as other parts of London.
Other good areas - Putney / Hammersmith / Colliers Wood / Rayners Park.
